Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Preparing Customer Estimates
- Managing Social Media
- Asisting with Accounts
- Supporting Directors with admin tasks
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars for Directors
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain an organised office environment to optimise workflow efficiency Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrable phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
