About the Role
Mrs Claus is the heart of our outdoor Christmas experience.
We're looking for someone with a naturally warm, caring personality who can make every child feel as though they've just walked into a cosy Christmas home. More than simply playing a character, you'll become the loving, reassuring grandmother figure that children instantly trust and adore.
Working alongside Santa in his beautifully themed lodge, you'll help create magical moments for every family who visits. Whether you're welcoming excited families, calming nervous little ones or sharing stories while Santa chats, you'll play a key part in making each visit feel personal, relaxed and truly memorable.
This is a fully immersive role, so you'll remain in character throughout your shift, bringing warmth, kindness and festive magic to every interaction.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside Santa throughout every family visit, supporting him in delivering a magical Christmas experience.
- Welcome families into Santa's lodge with warmth, kindness and festive cheer.
- Remain in character as Mrs Claus at all times while on duty.
- Help Santa lead natural conversations with children and families.
- Comfort shy or nervous children with patience and reassurance.
- Create genuine, memorable interactions that leave every child believing in the magic of Christmas.
- Assist with photographs and special family moments.
- Help maintain the magical atmosphere within Santa's lodge.
- Work closely with the Christmas team to ensure each visit runs smoothly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while preserving the magic of the experience.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
