Duties
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately, ensuring each guest receives prompt attention and quality service
- Prepare and replenish bar supplies, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to maintain smooth operations
- Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while managing tabs and receipts
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age requirements and safety protocols
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including stock checks and cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising service quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
