Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant
Locations – Ballymena and Antrim | Full-Time (In Person)
Help customers turn ideas into their dream bathroom
At Beggs and Partners, we know that choosing a new bathroom is about more than picking products. It's about helping people create a space they'll enjoy every day.
We're looking for a friendly, design-minded Showroom Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people, understands great customer service, and can confidently guide customers from their first visit right through to delivery of their finished bathroom project.
Whether you're advising a homeowner renovating their family bathroom or supporting trade customers on larger projects, you'll play a key role in creating a showroom experience that customers want to come back to.
What you'll be doing
· Welcoming customers into our showroom and understanding what they're looking for.
· Helping customers explore styles, layouts, colours and finishes that suit their needs and budget.
· Creating bathroom designs and visual plans using 2D/3D design software.
· Producing quotations and managing orders accurately.
· Following up enquiries and turning ideas into confirmed sales.
· Building strong relationships with both retail and trade customers.
· Keeping up to date with product ranges, trends and new launches.
· Maintaining a showroom that's inspiring, professional and well presented.
· Supporting customers after the sale and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
What we're looking for
You'll enjoy this role if you:
✅ Like talking to people and building relationships naturally
✅ Have experience in retail sales, bathrooms, interiors, kitchens, tiles or home improvement
✅ Enjoy combining creativity with customer service
✅ Can listen carefully and recommend solutions rather than just sell products
✅ Are organised, confident and comfortable working towards targets
✅ Have experience using design software or are keen to develop those skills
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is approachable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life.

Working Pattern
· Full-time permanent position
· Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
· Based primarily in our Ballymena and Antrim showrooms.
