We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Experience Lead at our Greenock office.
We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and highly motivated individual to become part of our home care services team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing rotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to service delivery, promoting effective teamwork and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Required to undertake all relevant training for the post.
- Good understanding of the care sector and keen to develop your skills.
- Development of personalised care plans for individuals supported by Invercare Services.
