About Us
Derma Sense Academy is a leading aesthetics training academy based in Cockfosters, North London. We provide high-quality aesthetics training courses for medical and beauty professionals, helping students build successful careers in the aesthetics industry.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Initially, this role will be based at our academy, with the opportunity to work from home once training has been completed successfully and performance expectations have been met.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be contacting student enquiries, building rapport with prospective students, answering their questions, and guiding them towards the most suitable training courses. This is a sales-focused role where excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone are essential.
Responsibilities
- Contact new student enquiries by phone.
- Advise prospective students on our aesthetics training courses.
- Build relationships with potential students and convert enquiries into course bookings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enquiry process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or telesales experience is preferred.
- A background in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or cosmetic treatments is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of the aesthetics industry and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
