As our implant services continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Implant Dental Nurse to join our team and play an important role in supporting and developing our implant provision.
Your Role as Lead Dental Nurse
· Support the Practice Manager and clinicians in the day-to-day running of the practice
· Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team
· Ensure compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
· Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient care
· Drive a positive, high-performing team culture
We welcome your application to our Lead Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
- Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Experienced in implant dentistry and surgical procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role is highly desirable but not necessary
- Highly organised, reliable and able to work calmly in a busy clinical environment.
- Confident working independently while also being a strong team player
- Committed to maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical governance.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and providing exceptional standards of care.
