ROLE: Mobile Fabric Engineer
HOURS: Full Time
LOCATION: Covering CF, SA & NP postcodes across South Wales

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will provide mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites, covering the LN and PE postcodes.
- Undertaking all building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to high standards of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
- Responding to client queries, reporting any defects, and keeping clients informed of site activities during service visits.
- Providing mobile facilities maintenance support across multiple client locations.
- Delivering a high-quality service while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring works are completed efficiently.
- Full, current UK driving licence.
- Background in facilities maintenance, mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar environment.
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3.
- Experience carrying out building fabric maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, decorating and repairs.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
