The role is a full time 18 month contract

Your future, your role
As a CRM Business Analyst, you’ll be:
Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across business and delivery teams
Work with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and pain points
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to elicit and challenge requirements
Communicate progress, findings, issues and recommendations clearly and professionally
Apply appropriate analysis approaches, tools and techniques in line with agreed standards
Produce clear, accurate and well-structured analysis outputs
Analyse and document current state processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement
Design future state processes that improve performance, customer experience or control
Assess impacts of proposed changes on people, processes and systems
Skills and Experience
- CRM business process analysis and optimisation.

Process modelling using BPMN and customer journey mapping techniques.

Data mapping, migration and data governance expertise.

Agile delivery experience.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence challenging senior stakeholders constructively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Experience using JIRA or similar delivery management tools.

Proficient in CRM platforms including Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

Customer experience analysis and service design capabilities.

AI and automation awareness within customer service and CRM environments.
