Responsibilities:
· To spec out jobs and complete a fully designed process to installation of new assets.
· Carry out installs as well as repairs and servicing of new and existing contracts.
· You are expected to carry out work across the country.
· Carpentry and joinery, plumbing, tiling, rendering, plastering, painting and decorating, drainage and roofing repairs
· To unblock and fault find
· Complete general repairs pipework
· 24hr reactive call outs
· On call rota
· Work to be carried out at a professional standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tradesman or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
