An exciting new position has opened for an Advanced Recycling Operative to join a unique waste management process advancing the circular economy for plastics. Based in a department that has received significant investment to revolutionise the PE recycling industry, the main focus of this role is the operation of the infeed grinder and pelletisation machines.
Machine Operation: Primary operation of the infeed grinder and pelletisation machines.

Process Management: Ensure compliance, optimisation, and accurate recording of all inputs and outputs across the grinding and pelletisation processes.

Quality and Compliance: Maintain strict product compliance traceability to auditable standards at all times.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a factory environment.

Practical Skills: A practical mindset backed by basic mechanical knowledge.

Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Work Ethic: A proven work ethic and a low absence record.
