Role Summary
The Operations & Insights Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational performance, financial accuracy and decision-making through high-quality management information, data analysis, and operational insights. The analyst will act as a trusted partner to the wider Consilium teams, helping translate complex data into actionable insight and improvement initiatives
Role Accountabilities
- Support leadership teams with meaningful insight to improve efficiency, service delivery and cost performance.

Provide analysis and oversight of Operational KPI’s including financial movements and premium accuracy monitoring.

Assist in identifying process weaknesses or control gaps affecting premium flow and financial outcomes.

Work closely with finance and operations to improve premium transparency and governance.

Extract, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality.

Support root cause analysis of operational issues, delays or variances.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data-driven insight.

Present findings clearly, tailoring messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.

Support strategic planning, forecasting and capacity discussions through data evidence.

Role Requirements
- Proven experience in an MI, operations analyst and data insight role.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex operational data.

Experience producing meaningful dashboards, reports, and performance analysis.

Working knowledge of insurance broker practices (preferably in the London Market)

Understanding of broking, premium processing, claims and risk management.

Skills and Abilities
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying trends, driving performance and resolving issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to senior stakeholders and non-technical teams.
