Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and proper presentation while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every visitor
- Supervise bar operations including bartending duties, beverage service, and bar inventory management
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills in serving, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with barista or bartending duties including beverage crafting and bar management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, and hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
