Duties
- Supervise daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards
- Lead and motivate a team of food vendors and staff, fostering a collaborative and energetic work atmosphere
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of street food stalls, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Monitor food production processes to maintain efficiency and minimize waste while delivering fresh, flavorful dishes
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all food handling and preparation areas
- Assist with serving customers when needed, providing friendly service that enhances the guest experience
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies promptly to keep stalls fully operational during busy periods
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or street food setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable to street food operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen experience, or barista experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
