We prove construction sequences before they get built. Tunnelling, heavy civil, transport, major infrastructure. We take the hardest programmes in the country and make the plan visible, testable and agreed before anyone puts a shovel in the ground.
We need someone who can run that work.
The job
Take a construction programme and turn it into a 4D sequence that a room full of contractors will actually agree on. Run the delivery: brief the modellers and programmers, hold the schedule, keep the quality up. You are in front of the client, not behind an account manager. You explain sequencing decisions to engineers who will argue with you, and you win on the evidence.
What you need
Real construction programming background. P6 or Asta, plus 4D — Synchro, Fuzor, Navisworks Timeliner or equivalent. You have planned or sequenced actual civil work. Not just modelled it. You can hold a room. Site team, engineers, client, all wanting different things. Organised enough to run several jobs at once and drop none of them. You use AI properly. Not as a novelty, as the reason you get through five times the work.
Helps, not essential
Tunnelling or heavy civil. Tier 1 time. Unreal Engine. Civil or construction management degree.
The setup
Small company, no layers,. London-weighted hybrid with travel to sites and client offices.
If you want a big organisation where the process does the thinking for you, this is not it.
