Working alongside an experienced Regional Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our NHS customers throughout their journey with Ardens.
You'll help onboard new customers, manage renewals, prepare quotations and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your account management career within a supportive team, with structured training, mentoring and genuine opportunities for progression.
This role is based at our Fordingbridge office in Hampshire. This is a full-time, office-based position, working five days per week.
What You'll Be Doing

Supporting GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and other healthcare organisations across the East of England.

Coordinating customer onboarding and implementation activities to ensure a smooth experience.

Managing customer renewals and helping maximise customer retention.

Preparing accurate quotations and commercial documentation.

Building strong relationships with customers and responding to queries in a timely, professional manner.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with customers. You don't need extensive account management experience -we're happy to consider candidates from customer service, sales support or administrative backgrounds who are ready to take the next step.
Essential:

Experience in account management, customer service, customer success, sales support, administration or service delivery.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.

Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications with strong Excel skills.
Desirable:

Experience working within healthcare, health technology or the NHS.

Understanding of Primary Care Networks (PCN's), GP Practices or wider NHS structures.

Experience using CRM systems or customer relationship management software.

Experience creating quotations, proposals or commercial documentation.
