About the Role
Justteachers are seeking a caring and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in Bradford. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children's development during their formative years and creating engaging learning experiences through play. You will work as part of a dedicated early years team, helping to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. The successful candidate will support both educational and personal development while building positive relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning through play-based activities.
- Assist with planning engaging early years experiences.
- Observe and monitor developmental milestones.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification.
- Previous nursery or early years experience.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication skills.
- A caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: £95.00-£105.00 per day
