What we offer:
This is a paid internship.
Internships usually last 8 weeks and are designed to expose individuals to working on client projects and growth strategy. Responsibility is given from the outset, and every intern is a valued member of a project team. Throughout your time at Simon-Kucher, you will contribute to analysis and benefit from working alongside our experienced Consultants, Managers, Directors and Partners.
Simon-Kucher is growing. This results in an entrepreneurial and inspiring work environment with lots of responsibilities and a steep learning curve. Internships are the main route we use to recruit entry level Consultants to our London office, so if you perform well during your time as an intern, there is the real opportunity to continue your career with us.
What you bring:
This opportunity is aimed at students who have already graduated and are looking for a full-time role upon the completion of their Internship. To apply you will have:
-
Strong academic background, including degree level study – 2:1 or higher
-
Excellent communication skills
-
High percentile numerical, deductive and inductive reasoning skills
-
A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
-
Strong interest in commercial strategy
-
Enthusiasm, curiosity and a belief that you can achieve the best results
We offer internships to candidates from a variety of undergraduate subject backgrounds – what you bring with you enables you to thrive and helps us to continue to grow. Exposure to consulting within a student society is not required, but you will need to evidence your interest in commercial strategy clearly in your application.
How to apply:
As part of your application, you will be required to submit your CV via the ‘Apply Now’ button below and complete a set of pre-screening questions. You will then be redirected to our video application platform to answer some motivation-based questions. Alternatively, you can access the video application platform by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://app.willotalent.com/invite/LtudZw/. The video application link is also accessible on the CV application page. You must complete both steps for your application to be considered.
In order to prepare for the video application segment, we encourage you to research Simon-Kucher, reflect on your experiences, motivations and commercial curiosity, and be prepared to discuss these in your responses. You'll have up to two minutes to answer each question, with up to three retakes if you wish to re-record your response. You'll have up to six minutes in total per question to complete your recording, including any retakes. Before starting, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and a device with a working camera and microphone. The platform will guide you through each step of the assessment.
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an initial virtual interview with a member of our recruitment team. Successful candidates will then be progressed to a final-round, in-person case study interview, which will take place at the end of August.
To be considered for the internship, please submit your application and Willo video submission by 9am, Monday 20th July.
We can’t wait to hear from you!
