Job Title: Production Operative - Composites
Location: Deeside Industrial Park, Flintshire (CH5 2NR)
Salary: £42,039.40 per annum (£14.06 per hour)
Working Pattern: Full-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm

At our Deeside site, we support our wider manufacturing network by producing high-quality fibreglass components using modern composites technology, machinery, and processes. This is a vital part of our construction process, and we are looking for a Production Operative to become an integral part of our team. This role is ideal for someone with a desire for a hands-on position, who has a skillset that combines practical ability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Manufacture fibreglass composite components to a high-quality standard.
- Carry out painting and spraying of composite parts as required.
- Operate hand tools, spray equipment, and composite machinery safely and effectively.
- Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet quality and output targets.
- Understanding and following all health & safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different tasks and roles across the site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, painting, spraying, or some other form of transferrable skillset.
- Previous experience working with fibreglass or automotive bodywork is highly desirable.
- Eagerness to work as part of an established team in a production environment.
- A strong focus on health & safety and quality standards.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills (with full training provided).
- Ability to commute to or relocate to nearby Deeside Industrial Park prior to starting.
