Fundraising & Events Administrator
Part-Time – 22.5 Hours per Week (3 Days)

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Fundraising & Events Administrator to support the delivery of our fundraising activities and community events programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, thrives on organisation and wants to make a genuine difference through their work.
About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Events, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure our fundraising campaigns and events run smoothly and successfully. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting communications and maintaining excellent relationships with our supporters, sponsors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across fundraising and event activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, equipment hire, catering and volunteer arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendees, sponsors, fundraising income and participation data.
- Deliver excellent customer service to supporters, fundraisers and stakeholders.
- Support the development and distribution of fundraising campaigns and promotional materials.
- Assist with promoting fundraising initiatives and community events across appropriate media platforms.
- Maintain fundraising databases and supporter information.
- Attend fundraising events, presentations and meetings as required.

- A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
