GMLYork Ltd is an ambitious landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in York. We’re growing quickly and are looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to help deliver high-quality projects while leading a small team on site.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Projects include:
- Garden transformations
- Porcelain & sandstone patios
- Fencing
- Decking
- Turfing & artificial grass
- Driveways
- Commercial landscaping
- Grounds maintenance
- Pressure Washing
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team on site
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Organise materials and daily workload
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment
- Ensure sites are left clean and presentable
- Report progress directly to the Director
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Minimum 3 years’ landscaping experience
- Experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of patios, paving and fencing
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to solve problems on site
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Desirable
- Trailer licence
- CSCS Card
- Machine operator experience
- First Aid qualification
