We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to join a busy team in Belfast City Centre, offering £35,500 per annum and a role where your career and time outside of work are both valued. Key Requirements:
- Experienced Chef Manager with the confidence to lead a busy kitchen and team.
- Strong knowledge of food production, presentation, service and quality standards.
- Current HACCP / Food Hygiene qualification with excellent knowledge of allergens and food safety.
- Strong organization, stock control and team management skills, with a proactive approach to daily operations.
