About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Reactive Plumber to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines responsive maintenance work with new build site installations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer care and reactive maintenance issues
- Diagnose plumbing faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs
- Manage and prioritise workload to meet service level expectations
- Liaise professionally with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with merchants to source materials and manage supplies
- Carry out new build plumbing works, including:
- 1st fix installations
- 2nd fix installations
- System commissioning
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber in both reactive and new build environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Experience working on residential new build sites
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on-site
- Computer skills
