The Gosling is a new independent restaurant, from the team that own The Swan, West Malling, Kent. We are a customer focused restaurant group that prides itself on being professional, creative, agile, innovative and our goal is to create a fantastic neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Horsell Common.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations for taste and presentation
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Communicate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Attention to detail in order to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members
