Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. As a key leader in our security operations, you will oversee daily security activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and respond swiftly to incidents. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage of all security zones
- Monitor surveillance systems continuously to identify and respond to suspicious activity or security breaches
- Conduct thorough report writing for incidents, patrols, and security observations with clarity and accuracy
- Oversee access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors entering the premises
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed during emergencies
- Lead regular patrols of the facility, including visual inspections of entrances, exits, and sensitive areas
- Train and motivate security staff on surveillance techniques, emergency response procedures, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in security supervision or a related role with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and monitoring techniques
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity
- First aid certification or ability to provide immediate medical assistance in emergencies
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively during critical incidents or emergencies
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members, emergency responders, and management
- Physical fitness to perform patrols, inspections, and emergency responses as needed

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 per week
