Horangee Pocha, a lively Korean pub located near Elephant & Castle, is seeking energetic and reliable Front of House (FOH) Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order-taking and food/drink delivery
- Maintain a clean and organised service floor
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and friendly communication
- Ensure smooth FOH operations during peak hours
- Collaborate closely with BOH and management to uphold service standards
Requirements
- English level: Intermediate
- Able to take orders and engage in simple conversations with customers
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Working Hours
- 2–4 shifts per week
- Guaranteed minimum per shift: 6–7 hours
- Flexible scheduling available
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: £12.21 + tips
