JOB PURPOSE
Working within our small team to provide grounds maintenance services to our clients

Team Leader

PAY
Based on 40hours per week
£13.00 per hour
HOURS
0730 – 1630 Monday to Friday
Weekend and evening working may be required from time to time (enhanced overtime rate of pay)
HOLIDAYS
28 days per annum (pro rata for period April to Oct)
MAIN DUTIES
Carrying out grounds maintenance services within our client portfolio to include housing developments, retail outlets, industrial settings.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in all tasks delegated.
Carrying out delegated tasks as instructed by the team leader, this will include but is not an exhaustive list:
Grass cutting/Strimming
Shrub bed maintenance
Shrub & Tree Maintenance
Weed control by hand and herbicide application
Litter Picking
General site cleanliness
Practising good customer relationships both internal and external at all times.
Ensure all PPE is used at all times having a high regard for personal and colleagues' health and safety.
Endeavour to attend work at the required times as required by the company
Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required or as the Head of Environmental Management may direct.

Experience:
- Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers Licence (required)
- PA1/PA6 Pesticide Application Certificate (preferred)
