We currently have a job vacancy for an Electrical Gate automation engineer to join our Gate team based in Skelmersdale. we are looking for a multi skilled gate engineer with experience and a vast knowledge of all aspects of gate / barrier installations.
The successful candidate will be working directly with our clients during the installation / maintenance process and would be required to carry out all work to our company's high standards, and reporting back to our head office on completion of all works you will be in charge of running all gate automation jobs on each site and overseeing that all jobs are competed on time
Responsibilities will include:
Installation , maintenance and repair of various high end automated systems including but not limited to the following
- Automatic gates (Swing, sliding and cantilever variations)
- Automatic barriers
- Access control (GSM,IP and standard hard wired systems)
- CCTV /fire alarm systems
- Carrying out gate testing ( and service )
- Door access / servicing
Qualification's, Education And Skills Required:
4 years experience in gate / barrier automation
Experience in Roger, BFT, FAAC, Parking Facilities ,Nice ,Doorbird, Videx and IP CCTV systems
ECS or CSCS card
Testing And inspection ( Preferred)
Domestic installer status including part p wiring regs ( Preferred)
Full driving licence
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8 hour shift plus overtime available daily
