Horton Housing are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a full time permanent contract to work with our established scheme based in Halifax. Working hours are Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) and the annual salary is £27,588.00. You will also be entitled to 6 weeks paid annual leave (plus bank holidays), full training & development and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
As Housing Officer in our Calderdale IHM (Intensive Housing Management) scheme, you will be responsible for housing management across our accommodation. This includes health and safety, hazard reporting and rent queries, and the management of anti-social behaviour.
