We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients, a highly respected, family-owned care provider, for an experienced Home Manager to lead one of their established nursing care homes in Southport.

The Role
As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and commercial performance of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care and an outstanding experience for residents, families and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, inspiring and developing a dedicated care team.
- Driving a positive, resident-focused culture throughout the home.
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and all statutory requirements.
- Maintaining high occupancy levels and managing the home's financial performance.
- Delivering continuous quality improvements across all areas of the service.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
- Supporting, mentoring and developing your leadership team.
About You
- Previous experience managing a nursing care home.
- A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance. Good track record
- A proven history of delivering positive inspection outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including budget and occupancy management.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
- A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. NMC PIN preferred but not essential.
