Job Summary
Housekeepers play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of the establishment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about hospitality and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the hotel.
Duties
- Cleaning the property throughout and preparing rooms for guests
- Cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and housekeeping best practices.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service within a fast-paced environment.
