- The main goal of the role is to participate and drive the SAP implementation at CARBOGEN AMCIS.
Scope of the position
This position will assist in leading the Organisation through the ongoing implementation of the SAP system across all business units and corporate functions.
This matrix position is a key role partnering with the line functions to establish, maintain and improve global processes with full integration of all affected sites and organisation.
During the implementation phase, the SAP Business Analyst will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, process owners and implementation partners, supporting solution design, process harmonisation and successful deployment across the CARBOGEN AMCIS Group.
Main duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a SAP implementation at CARBOGEN AMCIS, mainly focussed on the SAP Project functionality
- Collaborate with implementation partners to gather and analyse information, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective SAP solutions
- Collaborate and support the related roles within the SAP project
- Support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support data migration, validation and process verification activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation
- Develop training materials and support end-user adoption
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and hold trainings in the related work areas
- Support fit-gap analysis and process harmonisation activities
- Ensure, together with the appropriate work streams, that documentation is correct
- Support GxP compliance
- Enable the communications of business roles to / with external partners
- Ensure that developed processes meet business and regulatory requirements
- Develop a wider understanding of SAP implemented business processes cross stream and related business processes
- Assist in the definition of KPI’s, and then tracking of KPI’s
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting SAP ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) processes and related business practices
- Experience working within cross-functional implementation teams, including business stakeholders, consultants and external partners
- Minimum 4 Years of professional, hands-on experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – Able to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Capable of writing reports, SOP(s) and Work instructions in English
- Ability to work effectively both independently (lone working) and as part of a team
- Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation would be advantageous.
This is a remote working with occasional hybrid opportunity, managed out of our UK location in Manchester, but reporting in to our Head Office in Switzerland.
This role is offered as a full time position.
