What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication, and personal care.
- Promote emotional well-being through meaningful activities.
- Ensure safety and follow care protocols.

Requirements
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential. Please note we do not currently have vacancies for walking/cycling positions.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
- Experience in home or residential care, particularly with elderly or vulnerable populations (desirable, not essential).
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic attitude.

Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of contracts from 8 to 40 hours per week, with fixed availability for consistency.
Here are some examples of our shift patterns (other options available and can be discussed at application). Note all shift patterns must include every other weekend and at least 1 evening shift.
Example Pattern 1 – Weekly Average 22 hrs/week
- Wednesday: 07:00-14:30 (7.5 hrs)
- Friday: 16:00-22:30 (6.5 hrs)
- Every Other Saturday & Sunday (Red): 07:00-15:00 (8 hrs each)
Example Pattern 2 – Weekly Average 30 hrs/week
- Wednesday: 07:00-14:30 (7.5 hrs)
- Thursday: 16:00-22:30 (6.5 hrs)
- Friday: 07:00-15:00 (8 hrs)
- Every Other Saturday (Blue): 07:00-15:00 (8 hrs)
- Every Other Sunday (Blue): 14:30-22:30 (8 hrs)
Example Pattern 3 – Weekly Average 24 hrs/week
- Tuesday: 07:00-15:00 (8 hrs)
- Friday: 16:00-22:30 (6.5 hrs)
- Every Other Saturday & Sunday (Red): 07:00-15:00 (8 hrs each)
Example Pattern 4 – Weekly Average 29 hrs/week
- Wednesday: 07:00-14:30 (7.5 hrs)
- Thursday: 16:00-22:30 (6.5 hrs)
