As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Compliance & Asset Co-ordinator to join our team and take ownership of statutory compliance across our portfolio.

The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating statutory compliance activities, ensuring inspections are completed on time, documentation is accurate and remedial actions are tracked through to completion.
Working closely with clients, contractors, Home Managers and our operational teams, you will play a key role in helping us maintain compliance and deliver outstanding service across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance and PPM Coordination
· Coordinate planned preventative maintenance activities across all sites
· Ensure statutory servicing and inspections are scheduled within required timescales
· Monitor upcoming compliance dates and highlight any risks of non-compliance
· Liaise with contractors and sites to arrange visits and ensure access requirements are met
· Monitor completion of works and obtain all relevant certification and documentation
· Maintain accurate compliance records and update internal systems accordingly
· Escalate overdue actions or compliance concerns to management where required
· Challenge contractor recommendations where necessary and seek alternative solutions to ensure value for money and effective resolution
Asset Support
· Support the maintenance and accuracy of the company asset register
· Assist in ensuring asset information and maintenance records remain up to date
· Support the Facilities team with reporting and administration relating to compliance and assets
General
· Monitor contractor performance and escalate service failures where required
· Identify and prioritise critical, health and safety or compliance-related issues
· Produce reports and operational updates as requested by management
· Support clients with forecasting critical spends
· Support the delivery of statutory compliance programmes across client portfolios
· Ensure all records and system data remain accurate and up to date
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Compliance Administration or a similar role, relatavant qualifications would advantage
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with contractors and operational teams
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to work
- Good IT skills including experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge within facilities management, healthcare, property or construction environments would be advantageous but is not essential
- Experience using CAFM systems would be advantageous
- A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
