Front of House Team Member – The Teahouse, Little Bytham

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming team at The Teahouse in Little Bytham.
If you enjoy meeting people, take pride in providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy café environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and serving customers with a warm, friendly smile.
- Taking food and drink orders and operating the till.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks.
- Delivering food and clearing tables.
- Keeping the café clean, tidy and well presented.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Working as part of a supportive team to provide an excellent customer experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, positive and approachable.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Confident communicating with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous café, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
