We're now looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join the team and help our clients convert their inbound leads into booked quotes.
The Role
You'll be working directly with leads generated through our Facebook ad campaigns for tree surgeons and landscaping companies across the UK.
These are warm inbound leads — people who have already shown interest and submitted their details. Your job is to call them, qualify them, and book them in for a quote with our clients.
This is not cold calling. Every lead has already put their hand up.
Your day to day will include:
- Calling and texting inbound leads on behalf of our clients
- Qualifying leads based on job type, budget and timeline
- Booking confirmed quote appointments into client diaries
- Following up with leads that haven't responded
- Logging all activity in our CRM (training provided)
- Communicating updates to the team via WhatsApp
What We're Looking For
- Confident and clear phone manner — you're comfortable picking up the phone and having natural conversations
- Resilient and self motivated — you can handle rejection and keep going
- Organised — you can manage multiple client accounts and keep on top of follow ups
- Reliable — you show up, you do the work, you hit your targets
- Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not essential — we care more about attitude than CV
- Must be UK based with right to work in the UK
What You'll Earn
- £500/month base salary
- £4 per confirmed booked appointment
- Realistic earnings of £2000–£4,000+/month depending on performance
