Hours: Full-time (37.5hrs)
Shift times: 7pm - 7:30am
Hourly Rate: £13.61/hr (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

The Role
As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing person-centred care and support

Promoting independence, dignity and choice

Supporting with personal care where required

Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks

Completing records and reports accurately

Responding to individual needs throughout the night

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive environment
