Sheppy's Cider is an independent family-run cider-making business with a shop, restaurant, cafe and bar all within the House of Cider.
We have vacancies for experienced hospitality staff and can consider you for:
Part-time work (18-24 hours a week)
Part-time staff are on a seven-day rota (including weekends and Bank Holidays) but you won’t have to work on Christmas Day, Boxing day or New Year’s Day, when we are closed. The hours are mostly daytime, with some evening work on an irregular basis and leading up to Christmas.
Weekend availability is essential for this post.
We are looking for:

High standards in all areas of work
A delightful, confident manner with customers and colleagues alike
The successful applicant will have:
Barista and bar experience (ideal, but not essential)
Waiting experience (ideal, but not essential)
The energy to be on your feet all day and to do some lifting
A flexible attitude to teamwork across the whole business
Enthusiasm to grow and develop new skills and to get involved
Professional and well presented appearance
Two good quality references relating to your previous employment, attendance, honesty and personality
The post requires you to:
Put customers first and make yourself part of their memorable visit to Sheppy’s Cider
Provide excellent customer service at all times with the aim of attracting new customers and retaining our current ones
Be knowledgeable about our products after training
Be trained across the shop, café and bar to achieve a broad range of skills
You will receive:
