Rohde & Schwarz UK are seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development across Scotland and the North-East of England. This role combines technical acumen with commercial sales ability to deliver industry leading Test & Measurement solutions.The successful candidate will manage and grow a defined territory, develop relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities across key industrial sectors. Working closely with internal product specialists and application engineers, the Regional Sales Engineer will support the full sales cycle from initial engagement and technical consultation through to order closure.This is a field-based position requiring regular travel across Scotland and the North-East of England with occasional travel within the UK to connect with the wider team and to Rohde & Schwarz headquarters in Munich for training.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales of Rohde & Schwarz Test & Measurement products across Scotland & North-East England
Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts and emerging markets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize long-term revenue
Undertaking presentations, demonstrations, and solution consultations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and responses to tenders
Participate in commercial negotiations and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists and application engineers to deliver customer solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional technology developments
