We are proud to support the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism and are offering an exciting opportunity to join our valued training team as a Facilitator.
This is a meaningful role where you will lead the delivery of training sessions to a wide range of professionals, helping to improve understanding, promote inclusion, and enhance care and support for people with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 sessions in person
- Deliver engaging, structured, and professional training sessions
- Work collaboratively with co-trainers to ensure high-quality and effective delivery
Essential Requirements:
- Tier 2 Facilitator certificate for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training and hold a unique Oliver McGowan Trainer ID with the NHS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for promoting awareness, inclusion, and high standards of care
- Willingness to travel to training locations across England (if required)
- Up-to-date DBS
