Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Poole, Bournemouth & surrounding areas
Pay: £14.50–£23.25 per hour + mileage

RS Holistic Care is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support people to remain safe and independent in their own homes.
We are looking for a small number of dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and would like to become part of a supportive local care team.
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. Full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
Pay Rates
- £14.50 per hour – weekdays
- £15.50 per hour – weekends
- Enhanced rates up to £23.25 per hour – Bank Holidays / applicable qualified rates
- Mileage allowance paid
Hours Available
We are particularly interested in applicants who can offer availability for:
- Morning visits
- Evening visits
- Alternate weekends
Part-time and flexible working arrangements are available and can be discussed at interview.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on each client's individual care plan, your role may include:
- Personal care and support with daily routines
- Medication support
- Companionship and social support
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic tasks
- Shopping and accompanying clients to appointments
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing

Driving Requirement
As this is a community-based home care role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
