We are looking for an experienced PVC Compounder / Extruder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery used in the production of PVC pellets while ensuring quality and production targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Operate PVC compounder and extrusion machinery
- Set up and monitor machines during production
- Produce high-quality PVC pellets to specification
- Carry out routine quality checks
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience operating PVC extrusion or compounding machines
- Experience within plastics manufacturing preferred
- Good understanding of production and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability preferred
