Wednesday 8.45-5.30pm (optional 2pm finish prorata,)
Thursday 8.45-5.30pm

2 Saturdays per month (a 3rd when there is a 5 Saturday month (shared with another team member and time in lieu for this extra one worked)).

We're now looking for an experienced Optical Assistant to support the operations and patient journey and who shares our values and passion for exceptional, one-to-one service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare and run clinic admin, following key tasks to support smooth running of the practice
- Offer honest, caring and thorough customer service with great interpersonal skills
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail
- Spectacle frame adjustment and repair experience ideal
- Support patients through every step of their journey, from appointment booking, arrival, making refreshments and prescreening.
- Style Consultations (training provided)
- progressive opportunities: Interest in clinical specialities (training provided eg Cerium Colorimetry, Enchroma for colour vision)
- Take part in training and ongoing professional development
