About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Dental Nurse to join our welcoming and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a supportive practice environment.
As a valued member of our team, you will assist our clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment while ensuring patients receive a comfortable and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
- Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments in line with HTM 01-05 guidelines
- Maintaining accurate patient records using the practice management system
- Ensuring compliance with CQC, GDC, and infection control standards
- Supporting reception duties when required
- Working together with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
Essential Requirements
- National Diploma in Dental Nursing (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Current GDC registration
- Valid indemnity and up-to-date CPD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and well organised
- A caring and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
