What you'll be doing:
- Working quickly and efficiently to process customer enquiries, quotes, orders and returns, ensuring customers receive a fast turn-around and rapid responses.
- Monitoring KPIs in real-time to ensure contractual requirements are maintained
- Using product knowledge and industry experience to warrant that products are sourced competitively and rapidly to satisfy customer requirements
- Support our Inventory and Purchasing teams with feedback on products, supplier performance and emerging customer product requirements
- Helping to maintain branch stock minimum, maximum and re-order stock levels.
- Playing a vital role in expanding our customer network, making connections that matter.

About You:
· Skills: You’ll have experience in trade/wholesaler sales - ideally electrical, HVAC plumbing or building industries. You'll be computer-literate with an eye for detail and an excellent memory.
· Qualities: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable team player who "walks the walk" and gets stuff done!
· Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
Your schedule:
· 41.3 hours per week: Monday - Friday + every third Saturday morning on rotation.
