Argyll House located in Kilmarnock is a light traditional stone building on three floors and has a private patio garden which is well used in summer.
Argyll House is within easy reach of local shops and cafes, Kilmarnock FC, and Howard Park. Most of the residents come from Ayrshire, and many have strong community links. The home has space for 31 residents in the main house and modern purpose-built extension.
Job Role:
Deputy Manager (active NMC PIN) to work alongside the nursing home manager within our 31 bedded nursing home located in Kilmarnock.
The nursing home provides care for elderly residential, general nursing and dementia care residents. As the deputy manager you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services, whilst developing your leadership skills in supporting the nursing home manager with the day to day running of the service.
Suitable candidates should be confident communicators, effective leaders, and a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN number. Committed to creating a professional caring environment for the residents. It goes without saying that suitable candidates will be the perfect blend of dedication, competence, and compassion. Be able to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all-round quality of care.
