B2B Sales Assistant - Part-Time
Location: Burntwood (Office Based)
Hours: Flexible, minimum 4 days per week in the office
About Us
Cathedral Products is a well-established wholesaler and importer of stationery and office products. We supply many leading UK high street and online retailers, as well as schools throughout the country.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Part-Time B2B Sales Assistant to join our team and help support our growing customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Speaking with existing and potential customers by phone and email
· Following up on sales opportunities and enquiries
· Building relationships with schools, retailers and business customers
· Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
· Preparing quotations and customer information
· Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
· Helping identify new business opportunities
· Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
· Confident and friendly telephone manner
· Good communication and relationship-building skills
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email systems
· Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Previous sales, customer service or office experience is helpful but not essential
