Flexographic Printer (Experienced)
Location: Bredbury, Stockport
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
MP+H Packaging is a leading manufacturer of printed flexible packaging and labels. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our production team at our Bredbury site.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor flexographic printing presses
- Produce high-quality printed products in line with customer specifications
- Carry out quality checks throughout production runs
- Maintain colour consistency and print quality standards
- Complete all production documentation accurately
- Identify and report machine faults, defects or maintenance requirements
- Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production area
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure production schedules are achieved
- Comply with all company health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating flexographic printing presses
- Strong understanding of print quality standards and colour management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
Desirable
- Experience within the labels and flexible packaging industry
- Experience with UV flexographic printing
