· Salary : £45,000 to £48,000 PA
· Contract hours : 40 hours
· Overtime: x1.5 weekdays, x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
· Annual Bonus: Up to £5,000 (paid quarterly, based on KPIs)
· On-call Allowance: £200 per week + applicable overtime rates (1 in 6 rota)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled chiller engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and installation of chillers between 5KW and 2mW
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on industrial refrigeration systems
- Working with air cooled & water cooled chiller systems 5KW – 2MW/ heat recovery chiller units/ free coolers/ cooling towers
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
- Install and commission refrigeration equipment as required
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 6)
Requirements
- Proven experience working with large industrial chiller systems ( CO₂ systems preferred)
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and work overtime when required
