As our Brand & Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in helping more families discover Access Care. From our website and search engine optimisation to public relations, advertising, printed literature, email marketing, social media and community engagement, you'll help shape how families, professional advisers and carers experience our brand. Working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team, you'll help bring ideas to life, strengthen our reputation and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and trust for which Access Care has become known.
Role Snapshot
Location: The Old Police House, Stockbridge, Hampshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm, together with participation in our shared out-of-hours telephone rota. The rota is shared across the team and typically requires one week of cover in every eight to twelve weeks, depending on staffing levels.
Salary: Circa £30,000–£32,000 (depending on experience)

What Success Looks Like
Six months into the role, you'll have:
- Become a trusted member of the Access Care team, with a deep understanding of our values, services and brand.
- Taken ownership of our marketing activity, confidently managing projects across both digital and traditional channels.
- Strengthened the Access Care brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the professionalism, warmth and trust for which we are known.
- Enhanced our website, improving both the user experience and our visibility within search engines.
- Delivered engaging campaigns across email, social media, public relations and printed literature, helping more families discover Access Care.
- Worked closely with colleagues across the business to bring new ideas, campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Used data and insight to continually refine our marketing activity, improving performance and return on investment.
- Contributed to the continued growth of the business by increasing high-quality enquiries, strengthening brand awareness and supporting new client introductions.
- Identified opportunities to improve how we communicate with families, carers and professional advisers, continually enhancing the Access Care experience.
- Become a valued and trusted member of our leadership team, recognised for your creativity, commercial awareness, initiative and ability to turn ideas into meaningful results.
As our Brand & Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of the Access Care brand across every touchpoint, helping more families discover our services, strengthening our reputation and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and trust for which we are known.
Brand Management
- Become a guardian of the Access Care brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications.
- Help develop and strengthen our brand identity across digital and printed materials.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects the professionalism, warmth and attention to detail that define Access Care.
- Protect our tone of voice and maintain exceptionally high standards across all written content.
Website, SEO & Digital Marketing
- Take ownership of the ongoing development and optimisation of the Access Care website.
- Improve our visibility through search engine optimisation (SEO), identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic.
- Assist with the management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and user behaviour, making continual improvements to enhance enquiry generation and user experience.
- Use analytics and reporting to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content & Communications
- Create engaging written content for our website, Knowledge Centre, email marketing, social media and printed literature.
- Help produce guides, brochures, case studies, newsletters and other resources that educate and inspire families.
- Ensure all content reflects Access Care's brand values and exceptional standards.
- Support the ongoing development of our growing library of educational resources.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Manage and develop our Klaviyo email marketing activity.
- Build campaigns, automations and customer journeys that nurture relationships with families, carers and professional advisers.
- Monitor campaign performance, continually testing and refining content to improve engagement and enquiry generation.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of marketing data within our CRM.
Public Relations, Events & Community Engagement
- Help coordinate PR opportunities, media coverage and brand partnerships.
- Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, networking events, community initiatives and office events.
- Develop marketing materials that enhance Access Care's presence within local communities and professional networks.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through creative marketing initiatives.
Creative Projects
- Coordinate photography, videography and design projects.
- Work with external suppliers where required, ensuring all creative work reflects our brand standards.
- Help develop new printed literature, promotional materials and branded resources.
- Support the publication and promotion of Access Care's guides, books and educational content.
- Help plan and coordinate photography and video content that brings the Access Care brand to life.
Collaboration & Business Growth
- Work closely with the CEO and colleagues across every department to bring new ideas and campaigns to life.
- Support recruitment, business development and customer service initiatives through effective marketing.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the Access Care brand and improve the customer journey.
- Contribute fresh ideas that help drive the continued growth of the business.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor marketing activity using data, insight and reporting.
- Measure campaign performance and return on investment across all marketing channels.
- Recommend improvements based on evidence, creativity and commercial awareness.
- Keep up to date with developments in marketing, technology and the care sector, bringing new ideas back to the business.
- Explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, identifying practical ways they can improve efficiency, creativity and marketing performance.

Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
· Previous experience in a marketing, brand, communications or digital marketing role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, accurate and persuasive content.
· Experience managing websites, digital marketing campaigns or marketing projects.
· A good understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing and social media marketing.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of an exceptionally high standard.
· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, together with the confidence to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
· Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Asana and Google Workspace would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
· A naturally curious mindset, with a willingness to keep learning and stay up to date with developments in marketing, technology and artificial intelligence.
· A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Circa £30,000–£32,000 (depending on experience)

Location & Hours
Based at our office on the high street of in the beautiful riverside town of Stockbridge, Hampshire.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
